Fabrication of Aluminum Shade Bracket for High End Outdoor Heaters
At Eugenio’s Sheet Metal Inc., we offer precision forming, stamping, cutting, and welding operations with short-run production capacity of up to 100,000 pieces. Specializing in fabricating aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, and brass, we provide our own in-house custom tooling to meet your design specifications.
In this project for a customer in Southern California, we custom manufactured a reflector heater bracket for an outdoor shade heater. The bracket produced functions to hold the top reflector of outdoor gas heaters.
We used shearing equipment, brake press, punch press, horizontal saw, lathe, milling and a TIG welder to complete the project. For additional design enhancement, the material was brushed and hand polished. For quality, we processed the part with dimensional and visual inspection and fit into it’s mating part for the customer.
